African Horse

I like to use a lot of white, black and yellow in my patterns as they are the most visible colors to a fish. This pattern, along with 4 other patterns of mine are closely related but not really variations. I tied them all at the same time for Paul Schmookler and The Art Of Angling Journal (Vol. 1, issue 4), but they are different enough to name separately in my opinion. This is a good all weather pattern due to it's high visibility and has taken many nice brookies and salmon.
