W.B.Ghost, Yellow

Yet another version which also has strong influences from Bergman's "Yellow Blue Jay". Again, this pattern was in the developmental stages when I saw the wet fly which really inspired this design. The wing is a very rare Silver Badger Grizzly hackle which is dyed Royal Blue. Ive taken some flack for dying such a rare feather but to me a feather is for fishing, nothing more, nothing less. We are currently & permanantly out of this hackle so we are using grizzly dyed royal blue as a substitute. It looks almost exactly the same and makes no difference as far as the fish are concerned.
