This monster of a chain pickerel was caught at the same dam as the "Racer", only about two weeks later.  He was cleaning up on the smelts and had almost been taken himself as he was sporting a set of eagle talon marks on his sides that were in the process of healing.  Nature can be unbelievable sometimes.
